Policy

Thank you for deciding to book with The Lace Hub. We can’t wait to meet you. Before booking please have a thorough read through the policies below so that you are all set.
  • You must attend your appointment alone due to limited space. If you require someone with you, please inform us before booking so arrangements can be made.
  • Appointment slots are released on the 20th of every month.
  • Any appointments outside the booking site are considered out of hours and require a £10 additional fee. These can be requested via Instagram DM or email.
  • A £10 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your slot. This goes towards your final balance.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in cash only on the day of your appointment. Please bring the correct amount.
  • Please drop off your hair/wig at least 3 days before your appointment. If posting, please contact us first for details. We are not liable for lost items in transit.
  • Please arrive with your hair/wig clean, detangled, and free of excess product, as this may affect application. Extra fees may apply for unprepared hair.
  • Lateness: Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
  • Cancellations/Reschedules: Must be made at least 48 hours in advance or your booking fee will be forfeited.
  • No-shows will lose their booking fee and may be restricted from making future

 

  • Please arrive to your appointment on time. 
  • We understand that delays can happen, which is why we offer a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a £5 late fee will apply; after 20 minutes, an additional £10 fee will be charged. Arrivals over 30 minutes late may result in cancellation, and the booking fee will be lost.
  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, at least 48 hours’ notice is required. Each appointment includes one free reschedule; any additional changes will require a new deposit.
  • Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
  • All rescheduled appointments must take place within the same month, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
